At Bee Unique Shop, all orders are considered final once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased products.
Before placing your order, please carefully check the product details, size, color, and other information to make sure your order is correct.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within the 4-hour cancellation period.
After 4 hours, the order cannot be cancelled as it may have already entered the processing or dispatch stage.
Once the 4-hour cancellation period has passed, no cancellation, return, or exchange request will be accepted.
No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases from Bee Unique Shop are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect color or product selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Products that are no longer wanted
- Orders placed by mistake
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.
Any resolution for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are generally not available after an order has been processed.
If an order is successfully cancelled within the 4-hour cancellation period, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
Sale Items
Sale, promotional, or discounted items are also subject to the same no-return and no-exchange policy.
